THE DEVELOPMENT
Armonía, the Spanish word for "harmony", showcases what is possible when public, private, and nonprofit partners align resources to advance equitable development. In a neighborhood facing rapid gentrification and rising real estate prices, Armonia is a direct answer to the urgent need for more housing inventory and inclusion.
Located at 3115 Topeka Avenue, Armonía is a multi-phase community designed to serve a broad range of residents. Armonía serves residents ranging from active seniors to individuals and families at or below 30% - 120% of Area Median Income (AMI).
Community amenities include an electric vehicle charging station, package lockers, and covered and assigned parking. Resident amenities include open, modern floor plan design, energy-efficient appliances, and quality flooring and finishes.
FINANCING STACK
Armonia Apartments was funded through the HOME program, with additional support from the Dallas Housing Opportunity Fund, powered by LISC Fund Management, and TREC Community Investors. Tolleson Private Bank and the Texas Mezzanine Fund also provided flexible financing in order for the development to cross the finish line.
