THE DEVELOPMENT
Armonía, the Spanish word for "harmony" emerged from conversations with the La Bajada Neighborhood Community Association. In a neighborhood facing rapid gentrification and rising real estate prices, Armonia is a direct answer to the urgent need for more housing inventory and inclusion.
Located at 3115 Topeka Avenue, Armonía is a multi-phase community designed to serve a broad range of residents. Armonía houses seniors, households at or below 30% AMI, and is a mixed-income community that is not only sustainable but attainable. Community amenities include an electric vehicle charging station, package lockers, and covered and assigned parking. Resident amenities include open, modern floor plan design, energy-efficient appliances, and quality flooring and finishes.
FINANCING STACK
DCH received City Council approval in October 2021 and broke ground in 2023. DCH handled acquisition, project coordination, and development in-house. Thank you to our financial partners.
