DCH is excited to introduce Ebony Jones, our newest DCH board member. She is a distinguished leader with entrepreneurial acumen and strategic foresight bringing over two decades of dedication to driving meaningful change within the education and non-profit sectors. Ebony brings this experience and passion for developing community assets to DCH and we are so fortunate to have her expertise.

Throughout her career, Ebony has earned the trust of community stakeholders and supporters, driving real results. She currently acts as the Chief Impact Officer for Girls Inc. Tarrant County to increase the organization's overall impact and growth.

Ebony's expertise extends to fostering networks that yield high-quality economic opportunities for all while ensuring inclusivity and empowerment are at the front of every initiative. Her board and service affiliations include Tarrant County's Blue Ribbon Action Committee on Childcare, Leadership Fort Worth (Board of Directors, Secretary), United Way of Tarrant County (Board of Directors, Women United Chair), The Fort Worth Forum (Founding 100 Member), The Fort Worth Report (Advisory Council), and Fort Worth Sister Cities (Mayor's International Host Committee)
