DART Streetcar coming to Beckley Condominiums

Dallas City Homes’ Beckley Condominiums will soon become a transit-oriented development with the expected Fall, 2016 completion of the extension of the DART streetcar line which will connect the Bishop Arts area to Methodist Dallas Medical Center and downtown’s Union Station. The service is free. Our residents will walk two short blocks to the trolley stop to be constructed at the intersection of Zang and Davis, with that stop eventually becoming part of Alamo Manhattan’s planned mixed use development that will include a streetcar plaza, retail, eateries and roughly 200 rental units, 42 units of which will be affordable housing.
