DCH Spring Festival 2023 Recap

The second annual DCH Spring Festival was last weekend and we had an absolute blast. We really enjoyed ourselves and spent quality time outside meeting neighbors and connecting them with vendors and community resources. There was no shortage of smiles and laughs with balloon animals, a bounce house, face painting, and caricature drawing, with even adults joining in. We had incredible BBQ from Lovin U BBQ and free snow cones available for everyone. There was a bit of rain, but it didn’t dampen moods and over 75 people showed up to enjoy the festivities. DCH could not have been happier with the day. 

We want to thank Bank of Texas who were presenting sponsors, State Farm Insurance, Dallas 311 , BCL of Texas, The Gulley Twins Iced Treats, and LBU Community Clinic. Each of these resources from lending, to medical, to insurance, are so vital to helping a community thrive.
